Refund Policy

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a completed order or balance to your account, we reserve the right to terminate all orders and ban you from our site(s). We also reserve the right to take away all orders we delivered to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

Purchase placed on PRIVATE ACCOUNTS WILL NOT guarantee a refund! Please ensure that your account is PUBLIC before ordering.

Purchases placed on SocialMediaBoosts.com does not guarantee refunds or the ability to cancel purchases after they are placed. You will receive a refund if a purchase is non-deliverable.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of use of our site. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. (ex. having our website open on multiple different tabs and placing multiple orders. This can cause issues.)
